I could NEVER relinquish control and be in the back seat - kudos to you both for such a great team effort. <br /><br /> As for your comment about the nice runner you almost stayed behind - terrible! :D I like to think I give the old men at the Y a treat when I wear my cycling shorts but the fact I have a pulse is probably enough. We desperate housewives only get some eye candy when the college (ok and high school) boys are home for the holidays. Does being 35 make me a dirty old lady? Don't answer that!<br /><br />nice running as always. What are your thoughts on maintaining high milage for months and months in the run up to a marathon?
